Seth takes a closer look at Donald Trump's first 100 days in office as he and Congress face an imminent government shutdown deadline. (0:22 - 11:38)
Then, Seth welcomes German comedian Jan Böhmermann to Late Night. They chat about what it's like having a late night comedy show in Germany, a country not well known for its sense of humor. (11:59 - 17:41)
Finally, in a segment exclusive to this podcast, Seth and Jan go backstage at Studio 8G to speak more at length about Jan's background. They also discuss Germany's unique position in Europe as one of the lone countries that has been resistant to the far-right extremist politics sweeping the rest of the continent. (17:44 - 34:06)
