EYL #142 Twin Brothers Start First Black-Owned Food Delivery Service

Aaron and David Cabello are 26-year-old twin brothers who are revolutionizing the food industry. After seeing a need for more exposure for black-owned restaurants, they decided to start a food delivery app that only lists black-owned restaurants and food companies. The company Black and Mobile started a few years ago and made $500,000 in revenue last year, with projections of exceeding that this year. Today the quickly growing tech startup has over 100 restaurants signed up on the platform, and has operations in Philadelphia, Baltimore, Atlanta, and coming soon to Brooklyn. For episode 142, we sat down with the brothers and got their story on starting the business, the trials and tribulations they went through to find funding, app development, working with restaurants, adjusting during Covid-19, and more. #business #fooddelivery #entrepreneur EYL University: https://www.eyluniversity.com Host IG: https://instagram.com/earnyourleisure?utm_medium=copy_link Guest IG: https://instagram.com/blackandmobile?utm_medium=copy_link Learn more about your ad-choices at https://www.iheartpodcastnetwork.com Advertising Inquiries: https://redcircle.com/brands Privacy & Opt-Out: https://redcircle.com/privacy
